I have a 1947 desoto that has been changed over to 12 volt negative ground. I believe the vehicle was originally 6V pos. ground. The person I bought it from installed a newer Sun Pro fuel guage, and didnt explain why. What would I have to do to get the original fuel guage working again? Install a 12 to 6V reducer? How many terminals are used on the back of the fuel guage ? Anyone have a wiring diagram? thanks, Jim
