Have a 1948 Custom that I want to update the brakes on. I have been told that later model Disc brakes will fit the front spindles. Can anyone tell me from what year and model car I need to get these parts from? Ro Norton 386-682-5200

Look at a Service Manual so it can be done
correctly and you will be able to save some
big cash.

The other think is to drive as if you have an
older vehicle, not so much as a "drifter".
