Hi, whilst I have my 1929 k series Roadster up on ramps with the wheels off to take out the steering column for repairs (see previous post), I thought it would be a good time to replace the wheel (slave) cylinder brake seals on all four wheels. At the same time I see that the hoses are not looking good, so I wish to replace them also. I believe this to be an early 1929 (as the rad is stamped 1928). It was made in Canada for export to New Zealand and came to the UK in 1980 so not sure whether the parts will be US standard. I see that Andy Bernbaum sells these parts but can anyone tell me whether the hoses and brake cylinders fitted in Canada were the same as those fitted in the US? The right hand side hose appears to be longer than the left but I suspect is not original. Should all three (I am including the rear over axle hose) hoses be the same length? I recently honed out the master cylinder and the replacement inner kit from Rock Auto worked very well. Many thanks for your thoughts/experiences with this item.
Happy and safe motoring,

Try reaching out to Les Pesavento as the tech advisor for '29. He might be able to answer you directly.
