I am looking to find the Paint Code numbers for my 2 tone '55 4 dr. Someone told me it was called "Sea Breeze". The top is Lt. off white or cream and the body is is Lt. blue.

I would also like to find out what the matching interior code is.

I would appreciate any help.

The only white color available for 1955 was Surf White which was a bright white. There were three blue shades: Avon Blue (light blue), Dolphin Blue (medium blue), and Marlin Blue (dark blue). The paint code for a 55 DeSoto with a white top and a light blue lower is code 372. The code for medium blue body and white top was code 370. The paint code for your car should be on the data plate on the firewall under the hood. Sea Breeze was not a 55 color or color combination.

The standard trim code for a 55 Firedome with paint code 372 is code 453, blue cloth and vinyl. For a Fireflite 4 door sedan with paint code 372 the standard trim code was 462 blue cloth. For a Fireflite Sportsman or convertible, the standard trim code was 467, blue cloth and ivory leather.
