This is a photo of the first car I ever owned. I got this car when I was 16 yrs. old. It looked worse than this at that time. Fred Mehr

Fred,
That car is a beauty! I love the paint job with the black accent on the blue body with the white pin-stripe color break!
I bet I'm not alone in saying we'd love to see more photos of it. I'd really love to see some under hood shots of the engine and the vacuum fuel pump. I'll bet others would love to see some rear quarter and interior shots too.

Hi Brent, Thank you for your compliments on the car. I'll try to download some more pictures. The car is resting comfortably in my shop for the winter. Thanks Fred

This is a photo of the right side of the engine. Note the fuel vacuum tank. From here the fuel was gravity fed to the carb.

This is a photo of a photo of me in the car as I drove it in 1969. I had removed the fenders to work on them and needed to remove the hood as well. I drove it around this way for awhile. Note the "sun roof".

Fred,
Those photos are great! The interior and under hood shots are really good. That shot of you in the car in 1969 is a classic. Thanks for sharing them!
You may not get a lot of notes about the car, but I can assure you members will be looking at it. Just check the number of times the photos have been viewed at the bottom of each photo and watch them add up.
